Let's ask the BYU piano majors the following question: How has MTNA contributed (or how will MTNA contribute) to your career as a student and musician?
Daniel Johnson: "It will help me have some extra credibility with any musical ambitions."
Laura Phipps: "It gives me useful information and cool magazines!"
John Shumway: "Being a member of MTNA provides me with opportunities, contacting individuals and experience I couldn't get elsewhere."
Christine Messick: "It gives us conventions to go to."
Aurelia Andrews: "It will help me keep in contact with my musical 'family' no matter where I end up."
Forest Howell: "MTNA has been cool because from within the confines of the practice room, I know there is an awesome society of pianists going through the same kinds of things; a true community."
Christie Sowby: "MTNA is awesome because we are all unified through it--I am grateful to be able to reach out to others through this great association yet receive so much back from it."
